Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for items that remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For product integrity and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition that it was received and include all original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once a return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
