All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times generally range between 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.
Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs processing, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping demand, or other logistical factors.
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package while it is in transit.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address has been provided, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
